The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom housekeeping cottages at our lakeside resort are clean, spacious, fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchens. They have open concept kitchen & living room area, 3 or 4 piece baths, and are made up and ready for occupancy.
Cottage nightly & weekly rates vary according to seasonal dates for
Spring, Summer, Late Summer and Fall.

General Information about Bookings
Note: all accommodation rates are per cottage, in Canadian dollars
ACCOMMODATION: Rates are for private accommodation in clean, comfortable and fully equipped housekeeping cottages - 1, 2, or 3 bedroom.
BOATS: Summer accommodation rates include a Sunbeam boat/motor. Our clean, fully maintained Legend 16 ft. aluminum boats feature reliable 4-stroke 25 hp electric start Mercury motors, fish finder, live well, power tilt motor, anchor, electric bilge pump, lights, 3 swivel seats, life vests, and safety kits.
Boats may be rented, by the day/week - see Boat Rental information (Fishing page).
FACILITIES: You also have free use of fish cleaning equipment & facilities, and all recreational facilities.

Spring/Fall Bookings
General Information
Spring and Fall season bookings give the option of either 'package' rate (with boat/motor) or 'cottage only' rate.
Check-in 3 p.m.
Check-out 9 a.m.
Launching/docking of personal boats is available in the case of bookings at the 'cottage only' rate:
$25 CAD daily/ $125 CAD weekly per boat.
Minimum WEEKEND booking in Spring & Fall is 3 nights (Thursday to Saturday check-in).
Minimum MIDWEEK booking in Spring & Fall is 2 nights (check-in Sunday to Wednesday)

Adult- weekly $150; nightly $30 CAD
Child under 12 yrs- weekly $100;
nightly $20 CAD
Summer Bookings
General Information
Summer bookings are for weekly rate only (package with boat/motor*).
Minimum booking in summer is 7 days (weekly rate).
Changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in time is 4 p.m.
Check-out 9 a.m.
Summer rates also include special weekly summer events, such as complimentary BBQ, as well as full availability of beach, waterfront and recreational amenities.
*In the summer season through to Monday of Labour Day long weekend, in lieu of the use of a Sunbeam Bungalows boat & motor, guests may launch and dock up to 2 personal boats.

Late Summer Bookings
General Information
Late Summer bookings
(last week of August to Monday of Labour Day long weekend)

(Full week booking may not be possible due to Labour Day long weekend reservations.)

(long term accommodation or winter getaways) are by individual arrangement

Day Visitor Fee
Guests' visitors must register at resort office. (Private property-we have to know who is on site.)
Rate: $20/day (any age)

A copy of our Welcome Package is available in each cottage for you to look through - it's a handy resource for FAQs and more information about the resort and the surrounding area; we request that you leave it in the cottage for future guests.

In addition there are communal BBQ's in the Pineview gathering area, also on the beach deck, and on the waterfront deck.
Your accommodations include the use of all recreational facilities, which include:

beach with lounge chairs, sun deck, water toys, water trampoline, canoes, kayaks and more

and children's play area with play park, swing set, teeter totter, etc.
For your convenience, we have bait, bagged ice and firewood for sale on site.
